Sorry if this is in the wrong spot but from the posts I read so far this wasn't asked yet. I recently discovered this site/Screen saver program and jumped right in, have downloaded packs 3,4,5,6,7. But do not see a pack 1 or 2 anywhere. Are they gone to other pastures or can they be found still?

I am new to this and have no clue where to start. I have already downloaded the electric sheep. Whats next?

First,I love this.I saw it at a friends and grabbed it.I'm impatient I DL'd all the packs. I've read most of the forum and still have not found a way to make them not repeat so much.I saw the config(medium adjust),maybe some one could make that adjustment easier for me.I've deleted the play counts out but still repeats many---I have at the moment 1983 sheep.Someone educate me plz.Thanks and this is one of the most awesome apps I've ever seen!!

Electric Sheep has been evolving with its fractal dreams of our binary collective unconcious at a rapid and exciting rate. Although it is unknown, where this evolution may lead, maybe even to some sort of fractal Hal or to any limitless number of other scenarios. It seems to be pretty evident that one of the directions it is evolving into is the replication of the psychedelic experience in VR.

I have seen an "edit the config file" post, but, I ask, what config file? I haven't seen it posted what the actual file name is or where it lies in the Windows directory. I looked in the installation directory and the profile directory, but no file named "config" exist. wat?

I installed the ES yesterday and I am still getting the black page with the Icon that says "No Sheep Downloaded yet, this should take less than a minute but might take several hours etc......." This happened on a different mac that I tried to download ES last year. Am I missing something?

I've had it running for around 2-3 hours, and it keeps trying to download, but it keeps refusing to download, I'm sitting on a 10mbit/10mbit fiber liner, so that shouldnt be an question. I'm not behind a firewall, any suggestions?I'm getting the message Download failed, will retry in xxx". I'm sitting on Windows 7 32bit, the PC is an Acer 7738G with updated drivers.

i hav ES running since over 3 months and i get a bit bored ... i found packs , but it looks like i can only use them on xp... where can i find them for mac ?? help me ,.. i need new sheeps... boom
