hello. i just tried doing a "search" on the website and skimmed the forums, but i did not see an answer to this. hopefully it is not a redundant question; sorry if it is.

i just downloaded and installed the latest 2.7. i like the new resolution but its not as clear and crisp as it was in 2.6. can someone please tell me what the default resolution is? (i didnt see anything in the forums or FAQ or under "search" about this question.)

and is it possible to change the resolution to match the optimum res for my LCD monitor?
