Pentium 4 -- 1.6 GHz -- 768 RAM -- Windows XP home -- Nivida fx5200 vid card

I am 65 and have been using the sheep for years. It was easy to instal and beautiful. I am at a loss and a little intimidated with trying the new set up because of the bit torrent and ports and such. I have no clue how to go about all that. Do you have any 'step-by-step for dummies' instructions? I hate to lose my sheep. I am pretty much the click 'download' and then 'run' type of a person.
