In 2.6 if the "S" key was pressed, you could view various stats including current sheep, frames rendered, rendering time, etc . . . Is there a function like this in 2.7? If not, is something like this planned for a future release?

Various stats are accessible
Various stats are accessible in 2.7 by pressing keys F1-F3. The stats are separated to multiple screen by their relations. Hope this helps.
Keystrokes on 2.7
Is there documentation somewhere on all keystrokes and what they do?
There is a keystrokes
There is a keystrokes overview in the Read Me document during installation. Here is a quick table:
F1 - display stats overlay
F2 - download stats overlay
F3 - render stats overlay
Cursor left - go to the beginning of current sheep
Cursor right - skip to next sheep
Cursor Up - Vote Up current sheep
Cursor Down - Vote Down current sheep
F8 - force current sheep to be also the next one - "repeat current sheep in next cycle"
I think that's it. Hope I did not forget something.
