i cant get the prog' work

Hello, Ive downloaded the program and manually downloaded avi pack for it... Ive no idea of how to get it working now.... please help me, thanks. (p.s - im runing on windows vista)

yes i have installed it,

yes i have installed it, choosed it as the screen saver....and all i see is the sheep logo... how do i use the avi pack?
