How to add a sheep to the flock?

Hi, I've made a sheep but now I want to submit it to the flock. How do I do that? A step by step instruction would be good.

I've made the sheep, but when I followed your link it said to go to another link and ask for the password. I couldnt find where to ask for the password and even if I got the password I don't know what to do with the password, is there somewhere I need to enter it. Also I'm wondering what the current server address is for posting, I'm using Apophysis and its help and the application itself have different address's. Thanks.
