I searched the forums, but still can't find the "config file"

I have seen an "edit the config file" post, but, I ask, what config file? I haven't seen it posted what the actual file name is or where it lies in the Windows directory. I looked in the installation directory and the profile directory, but no file named "config" exist. wat?

it's called "ElectricSheep.cfg" (on XP look in C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ElectricSheep, or on Vista C:\ProgramData\ElectricSheep, and on Mac ~/Library/Application Support/Electric Sheep)

why have electric sheep reside in two different directories? everything should just be in C:\Program Files\Electric Sheep, it would be so much easier in my opinion. why throw stuff in application data on WinXP?

Why would you not want to share application data? Is it so separate users can have unique configurations? Seems like a program like this would just need one locale and one config. Thank you for humoring my curiosity.
