Need help sending in my sheep

OK, I am certain this is a really stupid question. Anyway, I have several .flame files I want to send in, but the instructions are as clear as mud. "So, now you have the parameters for your shiny new little lamb saved into a file. If you haven't gotten the information for posting your sheep yet from reading the Genetic Design email list, now is the time to post to the list asking for this information. Follow the instructions they give you. Please note that the sheep are currently in transition to a new version of the server. When you post to the list, tell them if you're running the regular 2.6 client or the new 2.7beta client." Well, I subscribed to the genetic design mailing list, but I never got any instructions or any email lists, some help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Who?

I know, it says I need to ask, but ask who? ask where? Ask what exactly? I am asking who to ask and what to ask, so, does that count? Sorry to sound so stupid, but I failed to get the who, what and where.

Well all you do is send an e-mail with your question to genetic-design@lists.electricsheep.org, then everyone who is a part of the mailing list gets that e-mail. Someone else will reply and tell you how to submit sheep (probably Spot).
