My iMac Notebook not recognizing downloaded mpeg's/avi's

Any ideas? Thx

Install Perian to read the

Install Perian to read the sheep as regular video files (click "samples" in the left menu for more info about that).

Any mpeg files you get are old and not compatible with the current client (which needs avi).

Success!

Update: I just finished downloading a ton of sheep to my mpeg file and every one of them seems to be working now (the individual "critters" have both avi ad mpg tags).

I already had perian installed; but it semed that a missing QT extension for reading mpeg2 files  might have been needed. Maybe VLC and Mplayer which I also added helped.
