after installing the program and getting it to run, i am unable to start uTorrent and i get the error - The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.  Any idea on how to fix this?

This is also affecting my Windows Media Center even after uninstalling the program and i would like to have this issue fixed.
