Audio Pre-analyzer
I was an editor for 15 years and I used to use a spark (plugin) on an inferno, unix platform. They had an amazing algorithm program that would analyze any audio input(I think Monster made the Sparks in this case) and would then animate based on the info, a lot like itunes visualizers do. That would be a great addition to oxidizer! it would take 4-5 days to render 15-20 minutes but what a great time when it was done:-) Burn to a dvd and project it on a wall... I have 2 sushi bars now and we love great music and amazing visuals to boot.
unfortunately I have zero time to write anything as I work 70 hours a week, should have stayed in editing:(
A simple 4/4 timing set would even be a nice way to do it as it's the base count for most rhythm
hopefully someone will find some interest in this and create the best visualizer ever on the downbeat:)
peace,
my soul is riding waves with ido, in a land locked state:-)
great idea! it's on the
great idea! it's on the agenda! can anyone recommend an open source audio analyzer?
